The fabric sourcing team is top-notch. I was looking for a very specific weight of pima cotton that I couldn't find anywhere else. They sourced it and the custom garment dye came out exactly like the Pantone reference. Professional, reliable, and clear.

Used them for a quick turnaround of event merch. They managed to get 1,000 screen-printed shirts done in record time without sacrificing the quality of the ink. The shirts don't have that "vinegar" smell many printed goods have. I’ll be back for our next event.

Solid experience. Ordered a bulk shipment of 1,000 embroidered hats and 500 fleece joggers. The embroidery is tight—no bunching or puckering on the fabric. They are very responsive during the day, though keep in mind the time zone difference if you’re on the West Coast. We had a small issue with the color of the drawstrings on the first sample, but they corrected it immediately without charging me extra for the second sample.

The attention to detail on our custom satin-lined bomber jackets was impressive. Fabrake's team really knows their stuff. They suggested a specific stitching technique for the lining that prevented pulling, which I hadn't even thought of. Communication was clear and very professional throughout.

Just got our shipment of bamboo-blend tees. The hand-feel is incredibly soft and the sizing is consistent across the board, which is rare for bulk orders. Communication was prompt via WhatsApp. My only note is that the boxes arrived a bit beat up from the courier, but the internal waterproof packaging kept the garments perfect.

To be honest, the first batch of samples they sent us had some loose threads around the necklines of the polos. I brought it up to their QA team and they didn't get defensive at all. They adjusted the tension on the machines for the actual production run and the bulk order came back absolutely perfect. That’s how you handle a B2B relationship.
